Cancellation and refunds

To request cancellation or report a payment issue, contact info@shuhulkultechnologies.in or call +91 70069 85189. Include your booking number and payment reference.

Before and during repair

The team confirms whether work has started or parts have been ordered and explains any applicable charges before resolving your request. Any conditions specific to your repair are included with your quote. A cancellation request does not automatically cancel a booking or issue a refund.

Payment issues

Contact us if you see a duplicate debit or if payment was deducted without a confirmed booking payment. We verify the transaction with Razorpay and confirm the resolution. Do not send card numbers, CVV or OTPs.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. The team provides the refund reference and expected processing time after initiation. Bank processing times may vary. Your rights under applicable law continue to apply.
