Terms of service

RepairMyDevice is a repair booking product operated by Shuhulkul Technologies Private Limited at Bishember Nagar – Dalgate Rd, Chinar Bagh, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir 190001. Our initial service area is Srinagar.

Bookings and quotes

A submitted booking records your request. Availability, pickup or visit arrangements, repair scope and completion estimates are confirmed by the team. Booking prices are estimates. Our technicians provide the final repair quote after inspecting your device. Review the quote and any parts or warranty terms before accepting it.

Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees with tax shown in the booking summary. Only the booking fee shown at checkout is paid to confirm a booking. Repair charges are paid separately after the repair is completed. Razorpay processes online payments. A payment is marked paid after capture is verified. Contact the office if a bank debit is not reflected in your booking.

Your device

Provide accurate device and contact details. Back up your data and remove information you do not want repair personnel to access before handing over the device. Contact the team to agree any access needed for diagnosis.
